Full-throttle track experience and networking event with HP

Aim

Together, HP and MB Partners worked together to curate a unique event around their 2023 OEM Solutions Launch. An important event for HP, the intention here is to create an experience that lives long in the memory, allows key stakeholders to meet, interact and engage and for new products and solutions to be showcased.

Delivery

Utilising the brief given to us by HP, MB Partners presented an accelerated OEM Solutions Launch event themed around a track day with a difference. Guests were treated to an insightful product showcase and demonstration from the product team to kick off the day before attention turned to the track. Taking their racing ability to the limits in different disciplines, all guests were treated to a super ride passenger lap at the hands of BTCC driving star Andrew Watson. To close, guests enjoyed a BBQ dinner in the sunshine and a prize giving ceremony to round off a fantastic day-long experience!

Impact

HP provided fantastic feedback following the event. Not only did the event surpass the commercial and executive objectives for the event, but the creative theming around the day helped ensure key stakeholders were motivated to attend and travelled near and far to be there. A memorable experience, the day afforded HP a great opportunity to strengthen key business relationships.
