MBP are thrilled to welcome talented young racer, Isaac Phelps, to its driver management stable as the 15-year-old prepares to tackle the GB4 Championship head-on in 2025. Having recently claimed the Ginetta Junior Winter Series title, he joins MBP as he prepares for his maiden single-seater campaign.

Hailing from Berkhamsted in Hertfordshire, Isaac began his motorsport journey in the junior karting ranks where he showcased both his speed and skills behind the wheel. 2024 would then see Isaac stepping up to the coveted Ginetta Junior Championship, where he teamed up with Elite Motorsport for his maiden car racing campaign.

Isaac would make the transition from karts to cars seamlessly, notching up two victories and a podium finish in his very first weekend at Oulton Park! Isaac’s prowess behind the wheel in one of the UK’s most competitive junior series did not stop there, with his end-of-season tally reaching 3 overall wins, 23 podiums, 3 pole positions and 4 fastest laps. This would see him finishing fifth in the overall standings and second in the rookie standings.

He would round out 2024 in style by clinching the Ginetta Winter Series title in a dominant display at Silverstone that showcased his abilities as a driver. Now, in 2025, Isaac is set to take on the world of single-seaters in the GB4 Championship to signal another step in his exciting racing journey.

Looking ahead to an exciting 2025 campaign, Isaac is proud to be joining the MBP ranks at an important stage of his career.

“This year is a really big year for me so I am delighted to be joining the team at MBP. They have a fantastic reputation and they have taken the careers of many young drivers to the next level which is exactly what I am hoping to do. Single-seater is a new challenge this year but I feel well prepared and I have a great team of people around me as I face the challenge head on!”

CEO & Founder of MBP, Mark Blundell, is pleased to welcome one of the UK’s top fledgling talents into the company’s driver portfolio:

“It is brilliant to have Isaac joining us here at MBP as he looks to take the next big step in his career. We are all excited to get underway, and the future is certainly bright for this talented, young racer.”

Gary Paffett, MBP’s Motorsport Advisor, echoes Mark’s thoughts:

He is a very talented individual who has proved he has what it takes to battle it out at the front of the field in a very competitive junior championship. We are delighted to have him joining the ranks at MBP, and we are looking forward to seeing what the future holds for Isaac and how we can help to take his career to the next level in 2025 and beyond.”
