MBP are delighted to announce that Ignition Human Performance has become the latest addition to the ever-growing Official Partner Programme of MBP.
With a “Motorsport To Business®” ethos, Ignition Human Performance provide strategic support for clients when it comes to unlocking performance in such areas as learning & development and operational strategy, utilising their network of business professionals that have worked within the elite world of motorsport. This enables companies to truly understand how the on-track action seen across motorsport can be translated into performance gains for their everyday objectives. They also manage a roster of “Motorsport Speakers” for clients who are looking for a motorsport personality for their next training or business conference.
Originally joining the MBP Partner Programme in 2018, Ignition Human Performance would go on to work with a number of MBP’s Managed Driver roster, seeing the brand in British F4, F3 and DTM. In 2022 they became part of MBP’s BTCC Programme with Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport, as the team’s Business Performance Partner, working with the team’s partners to unlock own strategic performance using the lessons they were seeing on track.
Now launching their “Motorsport To Business®” programme, Ignition Human Performance has decided to re-join the Official Partner Programme to work with and explore further opportunities within the wider B2B MBP network.
Nick Butcher, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Ignition Human Performance is excited to start this new chapter with MBP.
“I have worked closely with MBP for six years now and they have been instrumental in supporting the growth of the Ignition Human Performance business and brand. We were a very young business when we originally joined the partner programme back in 2018 and in 2019 took the strategic decision to take a different direction by working with MBP’s young driver talent in British F4, F3, DTM and then as a team partner with the BTCC team. This helped us build a recognised and credible brand, giving us the platform and confidence to now be working with some of the biggest names personalities and teams within F1 and businesses from across industries, who are looking to inject an Elite Motorsport attitude into their team. With this in mind, it now feels like the perfect time to re-join the MBP Official Partner Programme.”
Commenting on the announcement, Mark Blundell, CEO of MBP, is very pleased to see Ignition Human Performance embark on this new chapter with MBP.
"I remember when Nick and Ignition Human Performance originally joined the partner programme back in 2018 and it has been fantastic to see how he and his business have grown. They have been great Partners to our BTCC team, Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport over the last two seasons, and I was delighted to hear that they have decided to re-join the Official Partner Programme. Ignition Human Performance and their “Motorsport to Business” ethos speak our language, so I have no doubt that will be a great addition to the programme and I look forward to building on our already successful relationship.”
Alessandro Indaimo, MBP’s Partnership Executive, is delighted to see Ignition Human Performance re-join the Official Partner Programme and is looking forward to building a successful relationship with Ignition Human Performance.
“This is another great news for the Official Partner Programme which continues going from strength to strength. I am very much excited to continue working more closely with Nick and his team moving forward.”
